情竇初開的杜麗娘揮舞水袖、襄王無夢的趙匡胤高唱大志，疑幻疑真的滔滔江水、似有還無的錦繡河山，在著名文學家及崑曲專家白先勇教授生動解說下，令香港城市大學（城大）高等研究院3月9日的傑出講座成為通往婉約華麗的崑曲世界之大門，500多位觀眾看得如痴如醉。

Renowned writer Pai Hsien-yung gives a lecture titled "Love and Beauty of Kunqu Opera" at City University of Hong Kong in south China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, March 9, 2018. Pai is most famous for a number of fiction works including "Taipei People" and "Crystal Boys". A great fan of the Chinese Kunqu Opera, he has also committed himself to preserving and promoting this traditional art form worldwide.
