香港城市大學（城大）於本月22日宣布成立高等研究院，並假黃翔羅許月伉儷講堂舉行了開幕儀式。研究院邀得國際著名愛滋病專家何大一教授，以及「創新工場」創辦人李開復博士出任國際顧問，並由哥倫比亞大學工業工程和運籌學院終身教授、美國國家工程學院院士姚大衛教授出任院長一職。
